Let's get Started: Send a $5.00 donation from your PayPal account to the first E-mail address on the list along with a note saying "Please Add Me To Your List".  Now send the other $5.00 donation and e-mail to the fifth E-mail address on the list saying "Thanks, I've Joined". Remove the first e-mail address and place your address at the bottom. This moves the second to first, the third to second, the fourth to third, fifth to fourth, then enter your e-mail address which is also your PayPal link, in the fifth position (Guardian of the List).  Do not try to place yourself in the first place.
